4. Refunds

Once approved, eligible refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days using an appropriate refund method.

The time it takes for the refunded amount to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Return Shipping Fees

For returns due to personal reasons, such as a change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, subject to applicable Egyptian laws.
